BOOKING INFORMATION

Once a quote has been requested to confirm the tour or service, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required, the remainder directly on board the boat. Payments in cash or with the following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, Master-Card, Bancomat. We will therefore send a Link (Nexi Service) where you can make the payment quickly and easily. Alternatively the IBAN with bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation with notice up to 15 days before the agreed date. In case of cancellation of the tour by boat or service within 15 days from the established date or in case of no-show at the predetermined port, a penalty of 100% will be applied. If will be not possible to carry out the Tour or service due to ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS, the amount paid in advance will be refunded. In the same way, if it is not possible to carry out the tour or service due to COVID-19, the amount paid in advance will be refunded. If the cancellation is replaced by a new booking on another available date for the current season, no penalty will be applied.
